The live view
The world, as it is being prayed for
Prayers as they land, the map lighting up town by town, and how much of each town, each country and the world has been covered. These are the real figures from the app and the website, and the page checks for new prayers every 30 seconds.
As of 2 November 2026, 66 streets have been prayed for on Pray My Street, in 24 towns across 8 countries, from 120 prayers since 19 September 2026. 19 streets have turned gold.

The world, right now
Where are streets being prayed for right now?
Each light is a town where streets have been prayed for, placed at the centre of the town. It is never the person, and never where they are. The brighter lights were prayed for today or yesterday.

Your own prayers stay in your journal in the app. Only you can see them, and they are never part of this page. Country and world figures will be small for a long time, and that is fine. Grey is the point of the map, not a failing of it.
What this rests on
Does the live map show who is praying?
No. The Pray My Street live map shows counts of prayers and streets, and a light at the centre of each town. It never shows a name, an account or an exact time, the feed names towns rather than streets, and the app has no location permission, so nobody's position is ever known.
Counts, not names
Every figure is a count of prayers or streets. There is no list of people behind this page, so there is nothing on it to leak.
The street's town, never your position
A light sits at the centre of the town the street is in. The app has no location permission, so it could not place you if it tried.
One definition of a street
The whole named road inside its own town. The town, country and world percentages all divide by the same thing.
Live, in whole hours
The page checks for new prayers every 30 seconds. Times are only ever whole hours or days, so it shows what is happening, never exactly when someone prayed.
